Wall War (“Wall War,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Wall War mobile application.

Information We Collect

Wall War does not require users to create an account or provide personal information in order to play the game.

Wall War does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, or precise location through the game.

Gameplay and Local Data

Wall War may store certain game settings, preferences, arena configurations, or other gameplay-related information locally on your device in order for the game to function and remember your preferences.

This information remains on your device unless otherwise stated and is not used to identify you.

Camera

If Wall War requests access to your device's camera, camera access is used only to provide game functionality related to setting up or interacting with your physical play environment.

Wall War does not use camera access for advertising or user profiling.

Images or video captured for gameplay purposes are not transmitted to us unless a feature explicitly tells you otherwise and requests your permission.

Controllers and Connected Devices

Wall War may communicate with compatible game controllers, projectors, displays, or other connected hardware in order to provide gameplay functionality.

Information associated with these connections is used only as necessary to enable the applicable game features.

Analytics and Diagnostic Information

Apple and the operating system may provide developers with aggregated or diagnostic information, such as crash reports and performance information, depending on your device and privacy settings.

If we receive such information, we may use it to diagnose bugs, improve performance, and improve Wall War.

We do not use this information to create advertising profiles about individual users.

Advertising

Wall War does not currently display third-party advertising.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Tracking

Wall War does not currently track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

Wall War may rely on platform services provided by Apple or other technology providers that are necessary for distribution, device functionality, controller support, or similar technical operations.

Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Wall War does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the game does not currently require accounts or the submission of personal information, we do not intentionally request personal information from children through the game.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We do not sell or rent users' personal information.

Because Wall War does not currently collect personal information through user accounts or profiles, we do not currently share such information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
